Our Offer

Primary Care Center Östergötland consists of 33 region-operated health centers, Health Center Finspång, Child Health Care Unit, 1177 and emergency centers in the evenings and weekends, and a General Medicine Training Center.

We conduct a broad primary care operation where we offer care to everyone throughout life; newborns, children, adolescents, adults, the elderly, and patients at the end of life.

Our health center has undergone significant positive development in several areas in recent years. We have a positive spirit and there is a high degree of flexibility among the professional groups. We have established structures for good collaboration between professions, which works well and creates a wonderful atmosphere at the health center. We also ensure high quality in what we do and maintain the stance that everyone is equally important.

The health center focuses on working behaviorally medically through the integration of psychological and somatic competence through the IBH (integrated behavioral health) concept. In this work, we have come a long way and are also conducting research in the field. Other focus areas we have are education and research, and since 2020 we have been one of the region's academic health centers. We also have a well-functioning elderly care clinic that started in 2017. We have also been early adopters of new technological solutions and continue to be curious in this area. We are an HBTQI-certified health center.

Cityhälsan Centrum is one of Norrköping's most centrally located health centers with approximately 14,300 registered individuals and nearly 60 employees.

Job Description

We now have the opportunity to appoint a permanent nurse. As a nurse at the health center, you will have a varied job. You will work with advice, primarily via phone, which is one of the most important tasks we have at the health center. In addition, we have various types of nurse consultations. As a nurse with us, you will also take on the role of resource nurse, where you, in collaboration with resource doctors and resource nursing assistants, will handle the acute situations that arise at the health center. There is an opportunity to gradually get involved in one of our specialist clinics. At the beginning of 2026, we will establish a minor emergency clinic, initially two mornings a week, staffed by doctors and nurses.

If you are interested in working with various administrative/developmental tasks, there are such opportunities, for example synergy, main supervision of students, TQ administrator/developer. At Cityhälsan Centrum, there are opportunities for nurses.

About You

We are looking for a licensed nurse or district nurse who has an interest in primary care. Experience in primary care and district nurse training is advantageous.
