We are now looking for a part-time IT Coordinator for a well-known retail chain. This is a temporary position for 1–3 days a week starting in September/October. The role is suitable for you who have a few years of experience in IT support and want to continue building your skills while gaining insight into a larger IT organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and manage support requests related to computers, mobile phones, software, and logins
• Handle orders for IT equipment and ensure that inventory is updated and in order
• Work in a ticketing system and follow up on ongoing cases
• Act as a point of contact between users, technicians, and external suppliers
• Participate in smaller changes and projects within the IT environment

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• A few years of experience working in helpdesk, IT support, or technical customer service
• Good knowledge of Windows environment and Microsoft 365 (e.g., Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)
• Basic understanding of networks, printers, VPN, and other IT infrastructure
• Experience in working service-oriented and solving problems in a structured way
• It is an advantage if you have a high school education with an IT focus or have studied further in IT, but we also place great importance on your practical experience and your willingness to develop.
