The Role

• Coach and lead a team of software developers in their daily work.

• Work practically with development, primarily within hardware-related software.

• Establish and improve working methods for agile development (Scrum/Kanban).

• Drive CI/CD, test automation, and release management.

• Ensure structure, traceability, and high quality in the development process.

• Collaborate closely with product owners and other disciplines to drive technically sustainable solutions forward.

We believe you have

• Experience in technical leadership and coaching team collaboration.

• Good understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing.

• Experience working agile and adapting methods to the team's needs.

• Competence in version control and collaboration in code (e.g., Git).

• Interest in creating structure and developing working methods.
