Your role at Iver 

In the role of Delivery Executive, you will become part of our Governance team and play a key role in our delivery of IT Managed Services to clients in Financial Services and Fintech. You will be ultimately responsible for ensuring that our services are delivered with the highest quality, in accordance with both agreements, regulations, and processes applicable to the financial sector. You are the link between our clients and our internal delivery teams, ensuring that we not only meet – but exceed – customer expectations. 

You will lead the delivery in complex and mission-critical assignments, where high operational reliability, data protection, and regulatory compliance are central. The role involves close collaboration with Key Account Managers, technical specialists, and security experts internally. You will also contribute to the results and profitability responsibility for the clients you work with, while helping providers and public actors optimize their IT operations and support core activities. 

Main responsibilities: 

-Act as the primary operational contact between the client and internal delivery teams. 

-Ensure service quality, regulatory compliance (DORA, Solvency II, PCI DSS, among others), and continuous improvements. 

-Manage escalations related to service delivery, performance, and security incidents. 

-Work closely with the Delivery Manager to ensure operational coordination and that mission-critical systems operate stably. 

-Provide input to KAM in commercial discussions regarding expansion or changes to services for the public sector and healthcare. 

-Drive efficiency improvements and ensure cost-effective service delivery without compromising security and patient privacy.

Who are we looking for? 

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in delivery management within IT services, preferably with a background as a Service Delivery Manager, Delivery Executive, or similar roles focused on the financial sector. You are self-driven, confident in your skills, and passionate about delivering IT services that make a difference for mission-critical operations. 

We also see that you have: 

-Solid experience in service delivery and operational management within the financial sector. 

-Ability to solve problems and manage escalations in mission-critical environments. 

-Deep knowledge of ITIL processes (certification in ITIL v3 or v4 is highly meritorious). 

-Technical understanding of hybrid cloud, data centers, cybersecurity, and IT operations with a focus on compliance. 

-Knowledge of regulations and security requirements applicable to the financial sector, DORA, Solvency II, PCI DSS.. 

-Ability to build long-term relationships both operationally and at the management level. 

-Good financial understanding related to service delivery and efficient resource utilization. 

-Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. 

Location: Iver has offices in 25 locations across the Nordics. This role is based in our office in Stockholm or Örebro.
