At Årstagården, care and support are offered for individuals at various stages of dementia. The staffing of licensed personnel at Årstagården includes 6 nurses, 2 physiotherapists, and 1 occupational therapist. At the same time, your organizational placement in the Health and Medical Care department gives you close access to other nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and your own (licensed) manager.
In addition to a secure employment and competitive base salary, we offer:
- Individualized onboarding/introduction based on needs with the opportunity to have a mentor
- Wellness allowance of 3000 SEK/year
- Benefit bicycle, access to service vehicles, digital aids, and work clothes
- Opportunity for individualized working hours within certain limits. Your desired vacation is prioritized.
- We believe that professional development is important and will invest in it.
- Opportunity for pension savings via gross salary deductions.
- Collective agreement with occupational pension, sick pay, vacation agreements, and insurance
- Insurance during working hours and travel to and from work through AFA
- Extra compensation during parental leave
Your mission
We need you who want to work patient-centered, who see the whole and the connections, are positive and solution-oriented, and who want to help build and develop SÄBO. You will have an attentive manager, colleagues who are engaged, driven, and competent, and who will provide you with a good onboarding.
The work as a nurse is varied and includes everything from medication management, wound dressing, and catheter changes to prescribing medical technical products or issuing certificates and working with deviations. You will do rounds one to two times a week, either physically or via phone, and you will also conduct regular Teams meetings with both care staff and your own HSL team. Your tasks also include working with Senior alert on an individual level and receiving nursing students.
With us, one day is rarely like the other. You will learn new things and broaden your competence. With us, you have the chance to influence, improve, and shape the operations!
Your background
We welcome both experienced nurses and newly graduated licensed nurses. Experience in municipal health and medical care or geriatrics is an advantage, as is relevant further education. You must be able to speak, read, and write fluently in Swedish and have good computer skills. We work in LifeCare journal and deviation systems, Senior alert, and palliative registers, so it is an advantage if you have experience with these. To work with us in special housing, it is desirable that you have a B driver's license.
We are looking for someone who is engaged, persistent, and driven with a strong focus on collaboration! Additionally, you must be a flexible person who is good at collaborating and has an easy time understanding someone else's perspective and situation. You need to be solution-oriented, enjoy taking responsibility, and have the ability to prioritize. If this describes you, then you will thrive with us!
