About the position
This is a full-time consulting assignment. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Telia. There are opportunities for extension of the assignment.
The assignment period will be a mutual trial period where you, as a consultant, have the same security as an employee. For those who are new to the job market, consulting assignments are a great way to test different roles, make contacts, and build a competitive CV.

Job responsibilities
As a business support representative, you are responsible for the first contact with Telia's business customers. You will receive incoming calls and handle cases related to technical support. The questions are varied, and you work to find good solutions that contribute to satisfied customers. Upselling is a significant part of the role, where you work to ensure that customers have the right services for their needs through active sales.
You will receive thorough training and have continuous dialogue with your immediate manager to develop in the role. Initially, you will be trained in a technical area, and over time, your knowledge will be built up with more competencies. You will belong to a group of colleagues in the same role, and together you will work to achieve your goals and ensure satisfied customers. Over time, you will be trained in more competencies, and the role will involve greater responsibility.
Your job responsibilities include:
• Answering incoming calls and emails from business customers
• Finding solutions to customer questions and problems
• Strong focus on upselling by reviewing service offerings and finding solutions that meet customer needs
Education, experience, and personal qualities
• Completed high school education
• Experience in service
• You speak and write fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English
• Experience from the telecommunications industry and/or working with business customers is an advantage
As a business support representative, it is important that you are service-oriented and driven to help customers find the best solutions. You have the ability to put the customer first and are attentive and accommodating in your approach. Furthermore, you are a team player with a good ability to collaborate internally with your team and with other departments within Telia. The role requires you to take initiative and have the ability to adapt to different situations and varying tasks.
