ABOUT THE ROLE

As a finance responsible student, you will be a key player in our team. You will work closely with management and gain insight into the entire business.

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage supplier and customer invoices (Sweden & UK)
• Collaborate with management to develop budgets and forecasts
• Prepare and create materials for the accounting agency (Sweden & UK)
• Be responsible for order management and support the sales department with sales reports and forecasts
• Manage and follow up on beverage deliveries within and between countries (primarily Sweden and UK), as well as collect quotes and compare prices to optimize transportation
• Maintain and update customer registers and price lists
• Register products in systems like GS1
• Prepare monthly balance and income statements
• Monitor inventory levels and participate in production planning
• Follow up on burn rate and suggest improvements
• Participate in planning around production and marketing efforts
• Act as a contact person for buyers and finance departments

WHO ARE YOU?

We would like you to:

• Be studying finance, accounting, or similar
• Be comfortable in contact with customers and partners, both via email and phone
• Communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Have the ambition to grow – perhaps towards a future role as a controller or finance manager

Extra plus if you:

• Have experience with Visma or similar systems
• Have an interest in FMCG, e-commerce, or grocery retail
• Have previously worked with consumer products and/or food

Start: Immediately

Scope: About 1-2 hours per day, Monday-Friday

Location: Flexible – office space available if needed

Salary: Hourly based + vacation pay
