Association Coordinator at SKB

Do you want a central role close to management, the board, and elected representatives, and are you driven by providing service and streamlining administrative workflows? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

As an association coordinator at SKB, you will be a force in driving and developing efficiency, quality, and digital development in the association's administrative and democratic processes. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO, association developers, and other key functions, serving both as an administrative hub and a qualified management support. This role combines coordination and service with structure, system support, and proactivity, where you will help shape and develop structure and administrative methods.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Managing the administration of the association's democratic processes towards the board, council, committees, and working groups in accordance with SKB's statutes.
  • Providing administrative and operational support to the CEO and relieving the board and council through structure, administration, and effective coordination.
  • Acting as a contact person and service function for elected representatives and assisting in practical and administrative matters.
  • Driving efficiency, digital development, and standardization of administrative methods.
  • Providing support and guidance to the operations in the association's democratic processes.
  • Being the system administrator for central administrative systems and developing and ensuring quality structures for document management and case flows.
  • Project managing and coordinating meetings and events together with others.
  • The work also includes incorporating external perspectives that, where relevant, can contribute to the development of the association's methods.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with experience from a similar coordinating role with significant responsibility, where working closely with the board and management has been included. You have strong administrative skills and are used to working in a structured and independent manner among many contact points. We envision that you have experience in developing and structuring administrative processes and flows, as well as good system skills and a genuine interest in digital development. Of course, you express yourself very well in both spoken and written Swedish.

If you have experience from cooperative businesses, associations, or the housing sector, it is considered an advantage.

To succeed in this role, we see that you are service-oriented, professional, and solution-focused. You instill confidence, are accessible, relationship-building, and collaborative, with good communication skills and an unpretentious approach. At the same time, you are structured, proactive, and self-driven, with the ability to drive issues from start to finish.
