About the role – Inside Sales Representative in Södermalm

As an Inside Sales Representative, your main responsibility is to drive and develop sales towards both new and existing customers. You will work proactively via phone, email, and digital meeting platforms to build long-term customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction. Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to creating strong sales results and take the business area to the next level.

Sales and customer dialogue tasks

  • Prospect and contact potential customers via phone, email, and digital channels
  • Present and sell the company's products and services based on customer needs
  • Build and develop strong and long-term customer relationships
  • Book meetings and follow up on leads
  • Update business systems and document sales activities
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales teams, and customer support to ensure the best possible customer experience

Your profile – qualities and experiences we are looking for in an inside sales representative

  • High school diploma, preferably with a focus on sales, economics, or equivalent education
  • Strong interest in sales and customer relationships
  • Communicative, attentive, and enjoys working towards clear goals
  • Good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
  • Structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written; English is a plus

Preferred experiences for the role of inside sales representative in Stockholm

  • Experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service
  • Internship or work in B2B sales or business development
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or similar business systems
