Do you want to work in a values-driven organization with a socially important mission? Are you engaged and want to contribute to the future of work? The Transition Fund is now looking for customer advisors for the head office in Stockholm who want to take on the task of becoming an expert in Transition. A journey that is both educational and developing!

About the role In the role of customer advisor, you are the first person our visitors meet, either via phone, email, or our question forum on the web. You provide service and answer questions related to our collective agreement and the support we can offer. The points of contact are many, both externally and internally within the organization, and you will be the expert everyone wants to consult. In this role, you contribute to increasing awareness of the Transition Fund and our services. You have the opportunity to influence and develop your own work.

No one becomes an expert overnight. Therefore, you will receive a proper introduction and the opportunity to grow into the role alongside experienced colleagues. You will join a warm and caring culture where we value collaboration, participation, and well-being. We are located in beautiful offices in Södermalm, Stockholm, and the position reports to the Customer Advisory Manager.

In this role, you will

    • Provide advice and support to individuals, union representatives, and employers
    • Create understanding of our services and our collective agreement KOM-KR
    • Provide internal advice based on the agreement
    • Contribute to the development of our FAQ, the internal knowledge database, and the external question forum
    • Contribute to ongoing business development by initiating improvement proposals
    • Participate in meetings with the Transition Fund's target groups
    • Be a role model for our culture and values both internally and externally
    • Contribute to a good work environment and collaborative culture

We are looking for someone who has

    • Digital competence and good experience working in various administrative systems
    • Very good written and verbal communication skills in Swedish
    • Ability to transform complex texts into simple but accurate answers
    • Good knowledge of the Office suite
    • High service orientation
    • Ability to work in a structured manner even during a stressful and fast-paced day

We prefer that you have at least one year of relevant work experience. But above all, we are looking for someone who is curious, communicative, and wants to develop together with us. We believe that you who get this job have the ability and interest in continuous improvement and efficiency. We like to develop, and we appreciate when our employees come up with suggestions on how we can do it.

We offer

We offer a meaningful role where you make a difference and have the opportunity to influence an important sector. With us, you will receive competitive terms with salary and benefits that support the balance between work and private life. You will also have good opportunities for professional development in an open, values-driven culture where our core values – engagement, respect, and courage – are in focus. We believe in curiosity and learning as a natural part of everyday life.

With us, you will have the opportunity to build a broad competence in service and advisory – experiences that you will benefit from throughout your career.
