This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible, initially as an assignment for at least four months – with very good opportunities for extension and possible employment. You should therefore see this as something long-term to be qualified for the position.

In this role, you will be an important part of a world-leading company in food, beverage, and support services, where you will work with purchasing, administration, and system support. Do you have experience from Foodservice, Horeca, food suppliers within FMCG, or wholesale? Then this is a significant advantage to quickly get into the role.

We are looking for someone who is structured, curious, and engaged, enjoys administrative tasks, and wants to develop within purchasing and supply chain.

About the role

As a Purchasing Coordinator, you will become a central part of our organization. You will work closely with strategic purchasers, suppliers, and internal support functions to ensure accurate information in our systems, handle support cases, and contribute to an efficient purchasing process.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Manage and distribute support cases from operations, purchasers, and support functions
  • Ensure supplier facts, certifications, and regulations
  • Participate in projects regarding assortment changes
  • Support the phasing in and out of products and campaigns
  • Update ordering lists, price lists, and intranet
  • Document and compile sustainability statistics in collaboration with suppliers and operations

Qualifications and personal qualities

  • At least 2–3 years of administrative experience
  • High school diploma and preferably a vocational or university education in purchasing, economics, or a related field
  • Good knowledge of Excel (test included in the selection)
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience with digital tools and systems
  • Interest in service, people, and preferably food & beverage

You will be part of an engaged team of 6 people, where collaboration is characterized by openness, support, and shared responsibility for driving the work forward. Surrounding the team is also a larger support network of about 40 colleagues in various functions, providing both breadth and depth in internal competence.

We are located in modern and bright premises in Solna near Mall of Scandinavia, with close proximity to public transport and good communication options. The area also offers green surroundings for walks or breaks in fresh air, as well as proximity to restaurants, cafes, and services that make the workday smoother and more pleasant.

Working hours: Weekdays 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Scope: Full-time Start: Immediately Location: Solna near Mall of Scandinavia
