We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, attentive, communicative, and has the ability to handle many tasks simultaneously. As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and a reliable team player. You are positive, full of energy, and understand the importance of good collaboration. The customer experience is highly valued, and therefore experience in meeting people and working with service in various forums is an advantage. Furthermore, you are driven by developmental work and easily take on challenges.

Your tasks:

• Handle incoming cases, primarily via phone and email
• If necessary, contact distributors to resolve questions about package delivery
• Work analytically and be an important part of the improvement/development work, as well as being a driving force in addressing challenges that need to be worked on

Your profile:

• Experience in customer interaction and service
• Find joy in helping others
• Exude positive energy and be engaged
• Phone experience is an advantage
• Quick to adapt to new systems and absorb new information
• Have good technical basic skills and experience working in case management systems

About the company: Early Bird is a service that delivers what you ordered online all the way to your mailbox, both smoothly and sustainably. Early Bird delivers a million packages a month to both large Swedish e-retailers such as Adlibris and Lyko, as well as to large global companies like Amazon and Wish.

The position is a temporary contract but with good opportunities for permanent employment thereafter. You will work Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the workplace located in Norsborg, Stockholm.
