Our female client in Kalmar is looking for someone who is engaged, flexible, socially mature, knowledgeable in care, and a breath of fresh air! Our client is 23 years old and lives in her own apartment in central Kalmar. She has assistance around the clock and needs help with most aspects of her daily life, such as transfers, hygiene, everyday chores at home, and various activities. In this assignment, you will work in double staffing, so you need to be able to collaborate well with your colleagues. Our client is interested in animals, so it’s a plus if you share the same interest. Activities such as visiting the stable and the racetrack occur about once a week, and activities like swimming, attending various events, playing cards, and baking are things she often wants to do.

If you have experience in care and support, preferably with tube feeding and are used to handling medications, it is an advantage, but not a requirement. You need to be able to work both weekdays and weekends, both day and night. At the request of the client, we are looking for women around the age of 30-45 years. We are looking for several women for different positions. We see that your qualities are: creative/solution-oriented, adaptable, you have inspiration and enjoy being active while also being calm when needed.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
