Job Responsibilities

We always strive to provide each individual with the care they need and deserve – tailored to their personal wishes and needs. With us, you will have the opportunity to:

• Motivate and Empower: Encourage our users to be independent, helping them maintain their interests and keep their routines going.
• Support with Care: Provide support and assistance where needed, with the goal that each intervention is carried out together with the individual based on their unique circumstances.
• Create Choice: Inspire and motivate our users to make their own choices, maintain interests, habits, and take responsibility for their own daily lives.

As a personal assistant with us, you will have the opportunity for full-time employment, but we give you the flexibility to decide how much you want to work. Your contribution is valuable to us, and we ensure that you have a balance between work and leisure.

Qualifications

Do you have your heart in the right place and a desire to make a difference? Then you are the one we are looking for!

We are looking for someone who:

• Has empathy, commitment, and a big heart for working with people.
• Is flexible, responsible, and enjoys collaborating with colleagues and other professionals.
• Has a nursing assistant education or other training deemed equivalent, or is interested in training in the future.

If you do not yet have formal education but have experience working in healthcare, that is a merit – we encourage you to apply anyway!

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
