Children and Youth Team, Functional Support

We are now looking for a substitute for our group in the Children and Youth Team!

Your Responsibilities

We work from a motivating approach where we focus on maintaining and improving each child's own abilities. The work is characterized by a social perspective where the individual’s needs are at the center. We aim to provide our children and youth with a meaningful time with us, where safety, relationship-building, and responsiveness are important guiding principles.

We can offer a varied profession where no two days are alike. What is constantly recurring is the energy and joy that our children/youth give us daily in our work.

The position involves work during the day, evening, and weekends.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone with relevant education to work with children and youth with functional variations and who has a genuine interest in people. For this position, you also need to have a B driver's license.

It is advantageous if you have prior work experience with children and youth with functional variations.

We are looking for someone who is creative, positive, and has the ability to see solutions and opportunities. It is important that you have a high degree of personal maturity, great empathy, and can listen to and understand the different needs of the children/youth. You need to have good collaboration skills with various stakeholders and parents, as well as being calm and secure in yourself to create safety in the organization.

The position requires you to be flexible in your working methods and able to adapt to changing circumstances.

You need to have computer skills and be able to express yourself both in writing and verbally in Swedish as we work with social documentation.
