The job involves spending time with our cheerful 10-year-old girl who lives in Färjestaden. She loves excitement and activity, and since the client is a child, you need to have a lot of energy, and we hope you still have a touch of childlike spirit. Our girl has no verbal communication and primarily communicates through body language and sound melodies, as well as some assistive tools - so it is essential that you are attentive and sensitive to her needs and wishes. Her main interests are music and dance, but there are also many outdoor activities such as visiting playgrounds, swimming, jumping on trampolines, and engaging in various activities. The job involves doing many activities together with her, but it can also include some downtime at home and activities with the whole family.You as a person should be forward-thinking, outgoing, proactive, and especially creative, as the job requires a lot of initiative, and you must be able to work independently and manage freedom with responsibility.

At the client's request, we are looking for a woman aged 20-40.

• Employment type: Fixed-term employment as long as the assistance assignment lasts

• Scope: approx. 80%

• Working hours: Mainly evenings on weekdays starting at 13:10/17:00 to 21:30/22:00, and one weekend a month between 10:00-22:00 when the client is in school during the day. During summer/vacation/public holidays, the hours usually change to longer days but fewer.

• Start date: 1/3-2026, training will take place earlier.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
