About the role as a personal assistant – creating quality of life together

As a personal assistant with us, you play an important role in enabling a self-sufficient and meaningful life for our clients. You work closely with the individual and support them based on their needs, interests, and wishes. This can involve everything from assistance with various daily activities to accompanying them on social activities, outings, trips, and support with hobbies such as visiting nature, attending sports events, or listening to music.

About the client

We are now looking for an assistant for one of our clients in Bergavik. He is a man in his 60s who enjoys riding an electric scooter and enjoying nice weather and fresh air. The client has no verbal communication and is fed through a feeding tube.

He needs support in daily life, including assistance with personal hygiene, mobility, and tube feeding. Other tasks may include household chores, etc.

Who we are looking for – engaged, attentive, and reliable personal assistant

To thrive and fit in with us, we see that you are a cheerful, flexible, and reliable person. You have a natural sense of integrity and respect for others, while also being comfortable collaborating and communicating in a team. You are patient, positive, and solution-oriented in everything you do. It helps to reach the workplace if you have a driver's license and a car.

Requirements for the position

Good physical condition

You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Previous experience in personal assistance, caregiving, LSS, or working with disabilities is an advantage.

About the position

Employment rate: 78% day, weekend, and awake night shifts.

Working hours: 8 AM - 8:30 PM and 8 PM - 8:30 AM

Start date: As soon as the right person is in place.
