We are looking for substitutes who want to work with providing services to several of our clients. Similar to home care services, you will drive to the clients to assist with double staffing. Throughout a workday, multiple services are provided to each client, and in between, there are a couple of breaks for lunch, for example. The clients reside in Kalmar and Öland and require assistance at all hours of the day.

We are looking for substitutes for both day and night shifts.

Your background and personal qualities:

We prefer that you have previous experience working as a personal assistant and/or in home care. You enjoy working with people and possess an empathetic ability. You are accustomed to working alone. Therefore, it is important to be able to take initiative and have some creativity. You need to be confident in yourself, have an inner calm, and a lot of patience to interpret and read the client's signs and signals. Personal suitability is of great importance.

It is important that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

You must not have any pet allergies as there are pets in some of the homes.

A driver's license for a manual transmission is required as you will be driving between services.
