Botorp HVB is growing rapidly and is now looking for staff for permanent and temporary positions.

Your job primarily consists of support, care, and supervision of our children.

At Botorp treatment home, young people aged 13-20 live who, for various reasons, cannot live at home.

We are looking for someone with a passionate interest in working with young boys and girls who need a safe, stable foundation to move forward in life. You are professional, attentive, responsible, independent, and have the ability to set boundaries and work in a structured manner. You find it easy to build relationships and possess patience and the ability to differentiate between the person and the issues they face.

The work involves creating a safe environment for the youth through a structured and meaningful everyday life.

Qualifications such as Social Pedagogue, Leisure Pedagogue, Treatment Assistant, Treatment Pedagogue, Behavioral Scientist, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer are meritorious.

Experience in CBT and working with children and youth in similar settings is an advantage.

Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required for the position.

A driver's license is a requirement.

Working hours: Special schedule.
