 nursing home – health, community & new experiences

Norlandia is currently the only operator appointed to design and run the area's nursing home - Norlandia GoLife. The facility has 60 apartments. The pleasant living environment will include, among other things, a spectacular rooftop terrace and yoga room, to mention a couple of examples. In line with the GoCo initiative, we will focus on health, where we will constantly challenge existing working methods to strengthen our residents' health and quality of life. 

As a nursing assistant, you are a valuable key player who contributes to ensuring that our residents receive good care and a safe and meaningful existence in their old age. We always start from the resident's will and own ability, and we work according to our concepts, including our in-depth contact person approach. Since the nursing home is under construction, you will be involved in the startup process and, together with the project group and your colleagues, contribute to building and shaping the nursing home – a fun and creative job that also gives you a good overall picture of all parts of the operation. We prefer to have a mix of care staff with or without specialist competence in various areas.

We are looking for someone with great commitment and a desire to make a difference. You find it easy to collaborate with others and have the ability to be flexible and receptive when needed. We want to emphasize that the ability and commitment to think outside the box and contribute to shaping the future of elderly care will be taken into account in the recruitment process.

• You have a nursing assistant education (or equivalent education) of at least 1350 points.
• It is an advantage if you have an interest in health or have worked with similar          tasks.
• It is an advantage if you are a specialist nursing assistant.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required.
• Good computer skills and experience with documentation.

Employment type: Permanent, we apply a probationary period of 6 months. 

Scope: Part-time 

Start date: As soon as possible or by agreement.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
