About the position: We are looking for several individuals who want to work at various events in Stockholm during the autumn – the first one already on September 24th. The assignments vary but always have a common focus: to create a welcoming and smooth experience for participants and visitors. Perfect for you who want a flexible part-time job alongside your studies!

Your future tasks: As part of the event team, you will have varying tasks depending on the event, and you will play an important role in contributing to a professional and pleasant reception. You will, among other things:

  • Receive and check in guests
  • Prepare materials for the event
  • Assist with general inquiries
  • Staff the cloakroom or similar stations
  • Simple serving/cleanup

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is studying or has another main occupation of at least 50%
  • Enjoys providing good service and working with people

It is a plus if you have:

  • Previous experience as a host/hostess at events
  • Experience in service professions

In this recruitment, great importance is placed on personal qualities. They are looking for someone who is responsible, self-driven, and has a genuine interest in providing service. You do not need to know everything from the start – the most important thing is that you have the willingness to learn!
