We are looking for a Communication & Adoption Lead AI who can lead the efforts to drive usage and understanding of AI and automation within Microsoft 365.

You will:

• Design and implement communication and training initiatives for AI adoption.

• Support users, ambassadors, and teams in using Power Platform and Copilot in their daily work.

• Create audience-specific materials – videos, guides, news, user journeys, etc.

• Identify needs within the organization and translate these into concrete actions.

• Follow up on effects and adjust based on feedback.

• Strengthen the ambassador network and local change leaders.

Competence requirements

• Documented experience in change management or user adoption within digital workplaces.

• Experience with Power Platform and/or Microsoft 365 Copilot.

• Strong communication skills in Swedish (and English).

• Ability to produce and disseminate training and communication materials.

• Independence and drive in collaboration with various stakeholders.

Meritorious

• Experience with agile methodologies.

• Background in larger organizations with complex IT environments.

• Understanding of AI concepts within Microsoft's ecosystem.

• Experience with ambassador programs or similar initiatives.

• Swedish & English in spoken and written form.
