The job involves spending time with our cheerful 10-year-old girl living in Färjestaden. She loves excitement and activity, and since the client is a child, you need to have a lot of energy, and we hope you still have a bit of childlike spirit left. Our girl does not communicate verbally but primarily uses body language and sound melodies, along with some aids - so it is essential that you are attentive and sensitive to her needs and wishes. Her main interests are music and dance, but there will also be many outdoor activities such as visiting playgrounds, swimming, jumping on trampolines, and coming up with various activities. The job means that you and the girl will do many activities together, but it can also involve some hanging out at home and activities with the whole family.

The position we are looking to fill is 22% (work every Monday between 17:00-21:30, one Tuesday between 17:00-21:30, and one Friday between 10:00-22:00 each month), with the possibility to pick up extra shifts as needed. This is perfect for you who are studying or have another occupation alongside.

You as a person are forward-thinking, outgoing, initiative-taking, and primarily creative as the job requires a lot of self-initiative, and you need to be able to work independently and manage freedom with responsibility.

At the client's request, we are looking for a woman aged 20-40 years.

• Employment type: Fixed-term employment as long as the assistance assignment lasts
• Extent: 22%
• Working hours: Every Monday 17-21.30, one Tuesday 17-21.30, and one Friday 10.00-22.00 each month. During summer/holidays/public holidays, the schedule may change by agreement. 
• Start date: 1/10-2025, training will take place earlier. There is also the possibility to start working before the start date.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
