JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Within the health and care administration, we work according to a salutogenic approach to utilize and strengthen the resources individuals have. We are responsible for elderly care and support for people with disabilities. As an employee with us, you work closely with people to create a meaningful and safe everyday life.

In our facilities, we have many different departments with various focuses, providing many exciting and rewarding opportunities for you as a summer substitute.

Orion is a care home beautifully located in the Gånsta area, close to forests and nature. Orion consists of three floors, with two units on each floor. Two of the units focus on care for people with dementia.

QUALIFICATIONS

Good Swedish in speech and writing - Crucial

Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required to communicate with our customers and document in our systems.

Experience in care work - Important

If you have a nursing assistant education and experience working with people with dementia, it is an advantage.

We are looking for someone who can easily adapt to changing circumstances. You have the ability to understand someone else's perspective or situation without taking over their feelings. You listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts constructively. In stressful situations, you remain calm, stable, and focused on solutions.
