Apoteket Älvsjö Torg is one of our top 100 pharmacies in Sweden, located right in the center of Älvsjö square, with the best possible communications via commuter train and bus. Here, there is a team of seven very dedicated and experienced employees who deliver high quality in customer interactions every day. In your role as pharmacy manager, you are responsible for driving and developing both the business and the team. You lead the work towards common goals – always with quality, care, and the customer's needs in focus. Through your leadership, you create conditions for employees to thrive, develop, and provide customers with the best possible service and advice. You will be part of a strong regional network of managers who support each other, share experiences, and drive development together.

As the pharmacy manager at Älvsjö Torg, you are the driving force behind a business where both people and results develop. You translate Apoteket's values into practice by driving initiatives that make a difference for the team, customers, and the business as a whole.

• Lead and support your team, with an engaged leadership that creates security and well-being.

• Ensure high quality and patient safety, so that customers always receive professional help and advice.

• Actively work on improvements and development, both operationally and strategically, to strengthen the business and customer experience.

• Collaborate across departmental boundaries, share knowledge, and contribute to developing the entire Apoteket business.

• Take initiative and drive change, both in daily operations and in long-term projects to meet future needs.

• You are a trained pharmacist.
• You have experience in leading, motivating, and developing teams.

• You find it easy to collaborate and communicate clearly and openly.
