Previous experience in dementia care is an advantage. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.

The position is part-time, approximately 18 hours per week over 3 days.
Immediate start, initially until summer.
Located centrally in the Stockholm area.

Your role includes standard job duties, which include:

- Planning and execution of training/activities
- Follow-up and evaluation of implemented measures
- Testing, adjusting, and prescribing physical and cognitive aids
- Supporting residents in developing their physical, cognitive, and social abilities
- Guiding staff
- Interprofessional collaboration with, among others, nursing assistants, nurses, and physiotherapists

You will be employed as a consultant for Vårdlänken Staffing and Recruitment with varying working hours and service level by agreement.
