We are now looking for you who are a nursing assistant and want to work in home care in Södertälje.

The role of nursing assistant with us

As a nursing assistant in home care, you provide care, nursing, escort services, support services, and social support based on our clients' needs, conditions, and wishes. In the work as a nursing assistant, it is important that our clients feel involved and secure, that they receive a good reception, and that we have good availability. You contribute to the experience of safety through a reliable and professional approach.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a trained nursing assistant or has experience in care and support work. Care education is an advantage, and a B driver's license is required.

You are comfortable handling computers and technical solutions in your daily work. You speak and understand Swedish. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Your profile

As a person, you enjoy taking responsibility, working independently at a flexible pace, and you have the ability to make your own decisions when needed. You easily adapt to changes, see opportunities for improvement, and are happy to take the initiative for new solutions, as well as valuing good cooperation among colleagues highly. Other information

We are looking for staff for daytime, evenings, and weekends, and also for those who want to work as substitutes.
