About the Job
Do you want to be part of our fantastic team? We are looking for someone who is driven and enjoys working in a team with other professionals.
We are looking for someone who primarily wants to work in our home rehabilitation team consisting of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and dietitians. Knowledge of hand rehabilitation is an advantage. Our clinic is centrally located in beautiful Ekerö. Rehab West is an independent unit within the Stockholm County Council with a mission to provide primary care rehabilitation in the western suburbs, as well as an additional assignment for a neuro team in outpatient care. Our clinics are located in Bromma, Ekerö, Kista, and Spånga. In our organization, there are occupational therapists, dietitians, physiotherapists, chiropractors, receptionists, social workers, and speech therapists, totaling about 70 employees. Job Responsibilities:
In home rehabilitation, you will meet and treat patients in their homes and conduct home visits both individually and primarily in teams with a physiotherapist or dietitian. The tasks include:
- Activity and function assessment/investigation/training, advice and support on self-care
- Prescription of aids and information about products and technology
- Assessment of housing and surrounding environment and environmental measures, e.g., housing adaptation
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers, guide and support relatives and healthcare staff, and supervise students
- Documentation is done in the TakeCare journal system
Employment Type:
Temporary employment at Ekerö with a possible extension within Rehab West starting by agreement. Full-time 100% 40 hours/week.
Qualifications:
- Licensed occupational therapist
- Experience in primary care is advantageous, as well as a bachelor's degree, master's degree, or other further education
- Driving license B

- good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required, in addition to a Swedish professional license. The same requirements apply to non-licensed staff with patient contact.
