The role of coordinator with us

As a coordinator at SAAND Service & Omsorg, you are a central part of our team and function as the right hand of the operations manager.

Your daily work includes staffing, designing implementation plans, planning services, and following up on completed work and key figures. It is important that you have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

The coordinator plays a crucial role in contact with case managers, clients, home healthcare, and other external actors. In this role, you will follow established routines and processes in our quality management system, ensuring that our work aligns with the company's values.

Qualifications

• Care assistant education, preferably a university degree.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and good computer skills.
• You should have prior experience in a coordinating role.
• Knowledge of Epsilon, Combine, and Phoniro.
• Understand what it means to plan a unit cost-effectively.
• Have experience leading a group with workplace safety responsibility.
