Ersta home care is part of Ersta diakoni and provides support and care in everyday life so that our customers can continue to live at home, which also includes joint activities. We are located in Stockholm, Gävle, and Sundsvall.

Our home care service at Rosenlund in Södermalm is a small and secure unit with a high proportion of permanent staff – many have worked here for a long time and chosen to stay. As a group manager, you will be part of a close collaboration with both the other group manager and the operations manager. We see ourselves as a close-knit team where we support each other and help across group boundaries.

About the role

As a group manager, you have operational responsibility for planning and staffing in daily operations. The role is close to the operations and suits you who thrive with structure, pace, and handling changes that arise in everyday life.

You start the day with a report together with the employees and then have ongoing responsibility for planning and adjusting routes, ensuring staffing, and following up on customer efforts. A large part of the work involves detailed planning, coordination, and reprioritization to create safety and quality for both customers and employees.

In the role:

• you plan and staff the daily operations

• you are the closest supervisor for the employees in your group

• you are responsible for the customer process from start to follow-up

• you have dialogue with employees, customers, and clients

• you handle certain financial aspects, such as invoices and orders

You have delegated occupational health and safety responsibility and conduct employee and salary conversations in consultation with the operations manager. You also contribute to developing and quality-assuring the operations in line with Ersta's values and applicable regulations.

The working hours are scheduled from 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday.

Your experience

We are looking for someone who:

• is a trained nursing assistant or has training in leadership

• has experience in a supervisory role, preferably in home care

We view positively if you have experience working in the systems we use in home care.
