Do you want to be part of developing flight systems that combine the highest possible safety with efficient operation and maintenance? Now you have the opportunity to work with advanced technology for both civil and military aircraft, from the initial drawings to finished systems in the air. We are now looking for a systems engineer who wants to contribute their expertise in safety, reliability, and maintainability and who thrives in an environment where technical analysis, problem-solving, and collaboration are at the center.

In this role, you will work broadly with analyses and assessments that ensure our systems are safe, reliable, and easy to maintain. You will identify both preventive and corrective maintenance actions, calculate key performance indicators, and evaluate how repairable the products are. The work also includes determining the need for support equipment, consumables, and spare parts, as well as providing recommendations on quantities. You will conduct risk and reliability analyses based on the system design, review architecture and requirements to ensure fail-safe solutions, and produce documentation such as FMEA, PSSA, and SSA.

The role is located in Husqvarna.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a bachelor's or master's degree in fields such as systems, mechanical, or electrical engineering
• Has experience in engineering work within system design, mechanics, electronics, or similar
• Is accustomed to analyzing and providing recommendations regarding the systems' maintainability and safety, as well as documenting and communicating results in a structured manner
• Has excellent collaboration skills in a multi-project environment and can handle multiple parallel tasks
• Experience from the aviation industry is highly meritorious.
