SEB Kort operates in all Nordic countries and works with brands such as SEB, Eurocard, and Strawberry, as well as several co-brand partners. Their card customers are found in both the private and corporate segments. Through channels such as phone, email, and Facebook, they handle over a million customer interactions annually.
SEB Kort's main goal is to deliver world-class service at every customer interaction. As a customer service representative, you will be part of a dedicated team that manages SEB Kort's products and services.
Your main tasks will be customer support via email and phone, where you will answer questions about invoices, transactions, complaints, credits, and interest rates, as well as guide customers in SEB's digital channels to always deliver the best service. WHO ARE YOU?
To succeed in this role, a strong service focus and drive to achieve results are required. You are committed to providing high-level service and engage with customers professionally. We are looking for a team player who enjoys collaboration and takes responsibility for both daily tasks and your own development.
You need to be comfortable communicating in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is also important that you have an interest in digital and technical solutions, as the job involves handling multiple IT systems and guiding customers through apps and websites. Knowledge of additional Nordic languages is an advantage but not a requirement.
Furthermore, we would like you to have:
- A high school education
- Several years of work experience
- Experience in customer service or another service/sales role
