We are now looking for an engaged and business-driven leader who wants to strengthen and further develop our team within Aviation Business. With us, you will play a key role in developing the business, building long-term customer relationships, and contributing to a more sustainable aviation industry.

Aviation Business is responsible for Swedavia's commercial relationships with the actors in the aviation market and for the development of the aviation-related business at our airports. The business area works closely with airlines and other stakeholders in the aviation industry to create long-term sustainable and profitable collaborations.

What does the role entail? As the Leader of Key Account Management within Aviation Business, you will be responsible for selected customer segments and strategically important customers, including airlines, business aviation, charter, freight, handling, and catering customers.

You will lead and develop the function, its working methods, and employees. The role includes personnel responsibility for five employees and you are part of the Aviation Business management team.

Your mission includes, among other things:

• Actively work to increase revenue and customer satisfaction in both the short and long term

• Identify market trends and understand customers' future needs and expectations

• Drive and develop strategic customer relationships

• Contribute to the development of the business through analysis, insights, and decision-making support

Travel within and outside Sweden is included in the position, including for customer meetings, fairs, and seminars.

Who are you? We are looking for someone who has:

• A university degree, preferably in economics, industrial economics, logistics, or equivalent

• Documented experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship development

• Several years of leadership experience in leading and developing teams

• Good project management skills and experience working systematically towards set goals

• Experience in presenting analyses, insights, and decision-making support clearly and pedagogically, and understands how strategies and priorities are translated into practical results

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Good knowledge of the Office suite

It is highly meritorious if you have good insight and knowledge of the aviation market, both in Sweden and internationally.

As a person, you are business-minded, communicative, and relationship-building. You are attentive, collaborative, and have a strong sense of service. You see opportunities rather than obstacles and have a clear drive to develop both the business and the customer experience.
