About the Position

We are looking for a dedicated Order Administrator for our office in Södermalm for a one-year temporary position, with excellent opportunities for extension. This role is perfect for you who are at the beginning of your career and want to grow together with a forward-thinking team in a global environment.

Responsibilities
- Receiving and registering bookings in internal systems.
- Handling and administration of freight documents and logistics paperwork.
- Daily contact with customers and suppliers, both nationally and internationally.
- Ensuring accuracy in information flows and administrative routines.
- Providing administrative support to the operational team and sales department.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is at the beginning of their career and wants to grow within logistics. As a person, you are flexible, enjoy order and structure, and thrive with administrative tasks. You have logical thinking and can see connections and patterns in flows.
Requirements for the Role:
- Very good knowledge of English in both spoken and written form (international contacts occur daily).
- Good experience working with computers and systems.
- A humble and stress-resistant attitude with the ability to step up when needed.
Meritorious:
- Education or experience in logistics, Supply Chain, or flow thinking.
- Experience in customer service or similar administrative work.
Other
- Extent: Full-time, office hours 08:00–17:00.
- Location: Högbergsgatan 25B, Södermalm (Work is primarily on-site).
- Employment form: Temporary (Substitute) with Cleverex Staffing with leasing to our client Nurminen Logistics. There are good opportunities for extension or future takeover.
- Start: Immediately, by agreement.
