Sigtuna Bilverkstad AB is now looking for a customer service representative with experience in cars or a strong interest in vehicles. Are you service-oriented, structured, and enjoy daily contact with customers? Then this could be the job for you!
Responsibilities
- Receive customers via phone and in person
- Schedule service and repair work
- Order spare parts
- Provide customers with information about work, times, and costs
- Collaborate with mechanics in the workshop
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience with cars or a strong interest in cars
- Is service-oriented and communicative
- Is meticulous, responsible, and organized
- Has good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written)
- Computer skills are a plus
