Currently, RCO is looking for an Order Coordinator on a temporary basis for their support department. As an Order Coordinator, you will be part of a team of 10 people where you will be responsible for smoothly handling customer orders and quotes, while ensuring high customer satisfaction from the first contact to final delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Duties
As an Order Coordinator, you will not only contribute to an efficient order management process but also to building and maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting the company's sales goals. In this role, you will work with:
- Receiving and registering orders: Receive and accurately register customer orders in the company's business system, including verifying product choices, prices, and delivery terms.
- Preparing and following up on quotes: Create detailed quotes based on customer inquiries and follow up to ensure they meet the customer's needs and timelines.
- Customer communication: Serve as the primary contact point for customers regarding questions about their orders and quotes, including providing updates on order status and handling any changes or special requests.
- Coordination: Work closely with logistics, production, and sales departments to coordinate order flows and resolve any issues that may affect delivery times or order quality.
- Reporting and documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of all order and quote activities in the company's case management system Zendesk.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has a completed high school diploma
- Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Has at least one year of experience working in service, support, customer service, order management, or similar
- Has a technical interest
- Has good knowledge of Microsoft 365
It is a merit if you have:
- An understanding of basic logistics and sales principles
- Experience with business systems such as Visma or Business Central
