Job DescriptionAre you interested in exciting consulting assignments within banking, finance, and insurance? With this ad, we are looking for someone who is available from autumn 2025. 

Examples of assignments may include:

• Customer service representative at a major bank
• Insurance administrator
• AML analyst/KYC analyst
• Credit administrator
• Debt collection officer

As a consultant, you will go out on assignments with our clients and assist them during a project, a temporary need, or when they require additional expertise for any other reason. You will have the opportunity to contribute your experiences while also developing and broadening your own skills from various workplaces. Our consulting assignments typically last around 6 months but can be both longer and shorter, and sometimes there is also the possibility of being directly hired by the client company. Qualifications and CharacteristicsWorking as a consultant is stimulating, varied, and simultaneously developmental. To thrive in the role, you need to have a flexible mindset - you are challenged by being in a changing environment where you grow along the way. Other important traits we value in consultants are that you are self-assured and have the ability to take initiative combined with a professional demeanor and high integrity.

We see that you have a degree from a university, college, or vocational school in a relevant field, such as economics and/or finance. You are at the beginning of your career, but if you have experience in administrative or service-related roles within the industry, it is highly meritorious. As a person, you are reliable, do your best in all situations, and contribute to an open climate in the workplace. You have good collaboration skills and establish new contacts quickly and smoothly. You have good self-awareness, are responsible, and patient when taking on new tasks.
