About us

Närhälsan Skene Ungas Psykiska Hälsa is centrally located adjacent to Skene Närsjukhus.

We are a producer-neutral organization that meets young people aged 6-18 from Sjuhärad and their parents. We collaborate closely with our sister clinic in Borås, creating a larger environment with about 14 people working with psychological primary care interventions for our target group.

We strive for a positive atmosphere and care for a good work environment where we value each other and our competencies. Everyone has a shared responsibility for the whole. Participation in improvement and development work is included and involves everyone in the team.

About the job

In your role as a curator, you will be responsible for psychosocial care and therapeutic conversations focusing on mental health with children, young people, and their parents. Psychoeducational interventions are an important part of our work. Collaboration with others involved in the children's lives is very central to our workplace. It is important that you are accustomed to expressing yourself in writing, as assessments and in-depth evaluations that may lead to referral writing are important parts of our work. We also wish that you enjoy both independent work and teamwork and that you are willing to work with our interventions both individually and in groups, as this is an indispensable part of our operations.

About you

You are a licensed health and medical care curator and have at least 1 year of documented experience from therapeutic conversations with children and young people. Previous experience in primary care or other relevant areas for our target group, such as work with mental health in schools or specialized care, is advantageous.

We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role as you will meet many different patients. It is important that you can build trusting relationships with both patients, colleagues, and other partners. You are flexible, creative, and can think outside traditional frameworks.
