Location: Based in Stockholm (Travel is included in the position, you will travel to various projects in Stockholm and surrounding areas. Desired start: August Scope: Full-time Salary: Base salary + commission

About the team & role As a field customer support representative, you are the company's face to the customers when they experience problems at home – often related to wifi, connectivity, or uncertainties after installation. Your task is to create security, identify what is actually causing the problem, and ensure the customer receives a functioning solution – or the right help onward.

Main responsibilities:

  • Visit customers in the field who have reported problems with their fiber connection
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of wifi, router placement, network cables, and equipment
  • Help the customer understand how the equipment works and what they can check themselves
  • Document the case and provide feedback to customer service or technicians as needed
  • Make the customer feel seen, secure, and satisfied – even if you do not solve everything yourself
  • Maintain contact with the operations team and installation partners if further action is needed

About you We see that you have experience and competence in:

  • Some technical understanding of wifi, networks, and router equipment (user level is sufficient)
  • Previous experience in customer service, field service, or working with people in their homes
  • Ability to handle irritated or uncertain customers in a calm and professional manner
  • Experience working independently and taking responsibility in the field
  • A driving license (B) is a big plus – sometimes you need to travel between several addresses in a day

Preferred if you have:

  • Experience in broadband, TV, or router-related support
  • Interest in technology, home networks, or smart homes
  • Experience documenting cases digitally or via an app
