Order Coordinator at Teledyne FLIR

Teledyne FLIR is looking for a driven order coordinator to join their global order team. Here, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth order flows and contributing to their delivery precision in a dynamic environment with international contacts.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As an order coordinator, you are the hub of Teledyne FLIR's order flow, from handling incoming orders to coordinating with production and logistics. You ensure timely deliveries and that processes follow guidelines. You enjoy juggling multiple tasks and always finding a good solution for both the customer and internally. The role is initially a 12-month contract with good opportunities for extension.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Duties

In this role, you will be responsible for the entire order process, from receiving and registering orders to planning and coordinating deliveries. You will be an important link between sales, production, and customers, contributing to maintaining high service quality and efficiency.

Manage the order flow from booking to delivery.
Release orders for production.
Book orders for the sales organization.
Maintain close contact with production and production planning regarding orders, lead times, and priorities.
Handle return orders, both internal and external.
Communicate with other GSO teams, salespeople, and direct customers.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has at least one year of experience working with order registration and order management.
Has fluent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Can work weekends once a month.
Has good knowledge of the Office suite.

It is a merit if you have:

Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Knowledge of export control and license management.
Work experience in customer service.
Experience working with Oracle as a communication system.
