We are looking for an Account Manager Growth to help our customers succeed on our marketplace.

Our client is now looking to expand their sales team and is searching for you for the role of Account Manager Growth! You will be part of a development-driven company where you will have great professional and personal opportunities to grow.

About the role

As an Account Manager Growth, the phone is your primary tool, but there will also be physical customer meetings. You will be in contact with Swedish service companies and sell various services through phone calls and meetings. A broad spectrum of customers means varied and diverse workdays. To be successful in the role, it is essential that you understand the offerings along with the knowledge of how we can help companies increase profitability. You also have a genuine interest in driving and developing business. You will be part of our sales department consisting of Growth, Customer Success, and Backoffice. The sales department consists of goal-oriented employees whose motto is “team before self.” In the team, we support each other and celebrate the successes of colleagues and customers together.

Who are you?

You have previous sales experience and are now looking for the next step in your sales career. You are hungry and driven, passionate about making deals and the opportunity to grow in your role as a salesperson. You are results-oriented and business-minded with a strong sense of service. To thrive and succeed in the role, we believe you are motivated by building and maintaining customer relationships and that you are pedagogical and communicative. We believe you have an engagement that is contagious to both customers and your colleagues. You focus on your relationships and always aim to add value to your customers.

To fit into the role, we also see that:

  • You are fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
  • You are computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • It is also an advantage if you speak more languages than the above.
