About the role

As a Sales Executive/Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening strategic customer relationships, with a particular focus on modern identity and access solutions (IAM). You will be responsible for growing the business by combining business acumen with a deep understanding of the customer's security needs. The role involves leading complex sales processes that often cover multiple solution areas, such as Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and network security.

You will work closely with customers, acting as a strategic advisor in their security journey. The role also includes representing the company at industry events. For the right person, there is an opportunity to take a leading role within the group of Sales Specialists and contribute to developing the company's sales methodology.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is business-driven, relationship-building, and has a strong ability to translate complex technology into business value. You thrive in customer interactions, are confident in driving complex deals, and have the ability to build long-term relationships at all levels of an organization. You are analytical, communicative, and have the ability to understand the customer's challenges. Requirements for the position

  • 6–10 years of experience in solution-oriented sales with a consultative approach within enterprise cybersecurity
  • Documented expertise in the security field – focusing on IAM solutions
  • Experience working with strategic customer accounts and complex sales cycles
  • Ability to conduct advisory dialogues at the C-level
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience leading teams or driving sales methodology
  • Experience in network security
  • Background from larger international security companies or system integrators
  • Certifications or documented knowledge in IAM/PAM solutions

Employment type: Permanent position where you will be employed directly by Clavister.
Location: Stockholm
