Veko Lightsystems is a leading European lighting company specializing in groundbreaking industrial lighting solutions. Founded in the Netherlands in 1975, Veko has been a specialist in developing, producing, and installing linear lighting in aluminum (LED) for many years. Veko is already established in Sweden and the Nordic region, and we are now looking for a Sales Manager to contribute to continued growth in a market with great potential.

In the role of Sales Manager at Veko, you will be responsible for driving and developing sales within your region, primarily consisting of the Stockholm/Mälardalen area. You will oversee the entire sales process and engage with your key stakeholders, primarily consisting of electrical contractors and technical consultants working in the prescriptive lead. You are expected to spend quality time with consultants and contractors to present Veko's solutions/products. Through driven relationship building and business acumen, you will create long-term relationships and deals. Veko has a strong brand within its niche and offers cutting-edge solutions where sustainability and customer satisfaction are high on the agenda.

We are looking for someone with a technical sales background and commercial experience in the lighting industry, preferably within industrial lighting. You have experience independently driving qualified B2B sales for at least a couple of years and possess some technical knowledge of electricity and lighting. To succeed in this role, it will be a significant advantage if you are accustomed to working in project form and already have an existing network within the prescriptive lead, electrical installation, or construction industry. As a person, you are driven and results-oriented with the ability to see opportunities and a strong desire to create new business. You are proactive, good at planning, and capable of strategic thinking. Your social skills and confident personality make it easy for you to build and maintain long-term relationships. To thrive in this role, you need to be independent and enjoy working from home.
