SRS Group is a Swedish security company that manages consultative and operational security services for businesses, authorities, and individuals. SRS is authorized by the County Administrative Board to conduct and train in personal protection. Our services also include analysis, investigations, and risk and crisis management.

The security patrol operates around the clock and is staffed by our competent team of security operators, who are our eyes and ears in the areas we operate in. The operators' work primarily involves proactive security work through visibility and presence, aimed at creating a safe environment and peace of mind for our clients. What sets our staff apart is their high level of competence, broad training, and professionalism! Upon employment, you will be offered – and expected – to undergo a CPO training (Close Protection Operative), funded by SRS and conducted by our own certified instructors. This means that we can handle more qualified tasks at all levels with all our staff, but also that we set higher demands on ourselves and on you!

We also offer a comprehensive training package that includes: first aid, vehicle training, surveillance, risk analysis, event security, shooting, close combat, etc.

As a security operator in the security patrol, you are expected to, and will have the opportunity to, serve in other operational assignments or in our standing personal protection. Through your service, you will gain extensive knowledge and experience in operational security.

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 3 years of experience in operational security work
• Holds a valid driver's license (B)
• Expresses themselves fluently in Swedish and English
• Has no previous abuse of alcohol, drugs, or narcotic-classified medications
• VU1 and VU2 certifications
• Other operational training such as Security Guard, Personal Protection, HAS, and expandable baton is an advantage
• A background in the Armed Forces is an advantage

To fit the role of security operator, you need to be good at spotting patterns and be attentive to deviations at a detailed level, understand the security patrol as part of SRS's overall delivery, and have a high sense of service.
