Solidmarr is a small and personal construction company that provides services in earthworks and construction as well as renovations primarily for private individuals. We distinguish ourselves by always maintaining close communication with our customers and can meet most of our customers' needs. We believe that honesty & trust; long-term relationships are key in our business. The company is based in Botkyrka but operates throughout the Greater Stockholm area. 

We are currently looking to grow and are seeking Craftsmen for existing teams as well as for a new team. With us, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of tasks and the chance to grow together with the company.

As a Craftsman, you will among other things:

• Work with earthworks and construction, e.g.; drainage, paving, installation & establishment of individual sewage systems
• Work with carpentry, e.g.; assemble kitchens, tiles, floors, build decks, roofing work, and some custom carpentry
• Be responsible for time reporting - apart from that, there is very little administration

You will work in a team of three people. We have a zero-tolerance policy for expressing prejudices in the company; it is important that everyone in the company feels welcome and that our customers are treated with respect.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry
• Preferably a jack-of-all-trades in craftsmanship & carpentry
• Communicate in Swedish and Polish
• B driver's license

Communicative & Honest; Since we focus on the customer, you must be able to easily convey how the work is progressing.

Independent & Problem Solver; Since you and your team need to know what needs to be done each day. In the jobs we take on, adjustments often need to be made continuously, and being able to find solutions smoothly adds great value for the customer.

It is a plus if you have:

• Professional certificate in your trade
• BKR
• Wet room certificate
• Experience operating various machines
