About the role

• As a 'Senior Pension & Financial Advisor' you have a strong sales focus - you help companies choose the right occupational pension solutions, pension transfers, and also capital placements if you want to work with that
• You are responsible for the entire sales cycle and work with both new customers and develop existing customer relationships in the long term
• Event support and prospect lists will be provided to assist you in customer outreach

Who are you?

• You have experience in proactive sales within occupational pensions and want to join early in an exciting and ambitious initiative
• You are driven by performance, love making deals, and take pride in your previous sales results in the form of ongoing premiums, pension transfers, or capital placements
• You are self-driven, entrepreneurial, and have a genuine interest in occupational pensions
