Are you an organized and responsible person with experience in healthcare and an interest in planning and structure? Do you want to combine administrative work with direct contact with customers? Then you might be the one we are looking for to join our team.

In the role of planner, you will work both strategically and operationally, with responsibility for daily planning, documentation, and staffing – but also for meeting our customers and supporting the staff in the field.

Job Responsibilities – What will you do?

As a planner with us, you play an important role in making everyday life work – for both our customers and staff. Your tasks include:

  • Service Planning – You plan home care services according to the Social Services Act in our digital planning system.
  • Staffing and Scheduling – You are responsible for creating sustainable schedules with a focus on quality, continuity, and efficiency.
  • Resource Reallocation – You manage changes in real-time and ensure that resources are reallocated quickly in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
  • Implementation Plans – You collaborate with the customer's contact person to establish and follow up on individual implementation plans.
  • Documentation and Follow-up – You document carefully and analyze changes in customers' needs.
  • Customer Visits – You conduct home visits to new customers and in cases of changing needs, to ensure that the services are appropriately designed.
  • Staff Support – You guide and support care staff in their daily work.
  • Collaboration – You maintain ongoing contact with relatives to create security around the customer's services.

Who are you?

To thrive in the role of planner, we see that you have the following qualities and qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare – preferably with a nursing assistant education or equivalent experience.
  • Previous planning experience – you have worked with scheduling or logistics in organizations with a need for daily optimization.
  • System proficiency – you have very good experience working in digital planning systems, preferably Carefox.
  • Fluent Swedish – you communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
  • Driving license B – a requirement, as the position involves customer visits. We prefer that you feel comfortable in traffic and can follow GPS.
  • Stress-resistant and flexible – you easily handle rapid changes and are accustomed to a fast pace.
  • Structured and responsible – you have good multitasking abilities and work methodically even in pressured situations.
  • Empathetic and service-oriented – you meet both customers and colleagues with respect, engagement, and are solution-oriented.
  • Communicative and coaching – you find it easy to collaborate and enjoy guiding and supporting others.

Work Schedule and Setup:

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (approximately 50% administrative, 50% in the field) Working Hours: 07:00 – 16:00 Workplace: northern suburbs Start Date: by agreement Employment Type: full-time (37h/week) permanent with a 6-month probationary period

Aleo Omsorg is a family-owned company founded in 2017 that provides home care services in Täby, Vallentuna, Österåker, Vaxholm, and Oxelösund. Currently, we operate in the areas of home care, housing support, and home services.

We strive for as high personnel continuity as possible in our planning. In the office, we have administrative staff who plan employees and customers in several different geographical areas.

Our employees are nursing assistants and care aides. We have modern environmentally friendly electric hybrid cars, work clothes, wellness grants, and work with modern digital systems for work schedules and customer services. We have a collective agreement with Fremia. All employees are insured during their employment and offered occupational pension.
