At the facility in Landskrona, there are approximately 40 employees, producing polymer dispersions for the paint and paper industries. On behalf of Dow Sverige AB, we are now seeking to recruit a process operator for their facility in Landskrona. About the position:

We are looking for an engaged process operator to join our team. In this role, you will have a varied job where you handle automated systems and perform practical, manual tasks. You will work according to clear instructions and actively contribute to our continuous improvement efforts.

You will work a 5-shift schedule according to a rolling annual plan.

Responsibilities:

As a process operator, you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring and controlling automated processes via control systems
• Performing manual tasks according to established routines
• Participating in improvement efforts for increased quality and productivity
• Conducting self-inspections of processes and equipment
• Performing basic operator maintenance
• Working with a focus on environment, health, and safety

DOW offers a permanent position, with a 6-month probationary period.

Requirements for the position:

• Minimum high school education (preferably with a chemical or technical focus), or relevant work experience
• Very good knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of Word and Excel
• Ability to follow instructions and document relevant tasks
• Ability to work shifts

Meritorious:

• Previous work experience in the food and chemical industry
• Familiarity with the quality system GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and the business system SAP
• Driver's license and forklift license (TLP10 A1-B1)

Personal qualities: As a person, you are meticulous, positive, have a strong sense of responsibility, and see opportunities while focusing on safety and quality. Personal ownership is natural for you and is an important part of the corporate culture. A strong team spirit where you do not hesitate to help a colleague is also essential.
