With us, you will work in a professional and warm team where quality, advice, and care are in focus. The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 10:00-19:00, Saturdays 10:00-17:00, Sundays 12:00-17:00.

Your role

As a pharmacy leader, you work in a structured manner with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. You collaborate with your colleagues to achieve our goals in quality, patient safety, and sales. 

At Apoteket Vita Björn, you will work in a warm and well-functioning work environment where proximity to customers and team spirit characterizes the entire operation. As a pharmacist, you combine daily pharmaceutical work with an extended responsibility for quality, development, and guidance. You work in a small and close-knit team where collaboration is crucial. You have an important role in guiding your colleagues in both routines and customer interactions. In this role, you have the opportunity to grow and you have the chance to influence and contribute, both in small and large ways – with close access to decisions and changes.

• Dispense prescriptions and provide pharmaceutical advice with high quality and accuracy.
• Meet customers in self-care and provide professional and individualized advice.
• Actively work with EE and contribute to safe and effective prescription handling.
• Participate in the pharmacy's daily operations - from inventory management to customer service.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and contribute to a positive atmosphere and a well-functioning team.
• Be involved in improvement work to create an even better customer experience.

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, medications, and advice. You have worked for at least 1 year as a pharmacist in an outpatient pharmacy and thrive in an environment where you can combine service with professional responsibility.

You have a clear business understanding and goal orientation and continuously keep yourself updated on changes in pharmacy and medication issues.

As a pharmacy leader, you need to have very good knowledge of MS Office.

• You have worked for at least 1 year as a pharmacist in an outpatient pharmacy.
• You have a particular interest in customer interaction and patient safety.
• You enjoy contributing to a positive overall experience for each customer.
• You are meticulous and responsible.
• You enjoy working in smaller teams with a high degree of collaboration.
