You meet many customers every day – entirely without physical meetings – and become one of Apotea's most important representatives outward.About the roleIn the role of pharmacist at Apotea, you have a varied workday where you switch between prescription handling, pharmaceutical control, and counseling to customers. The work is digital and takes place in Sweden's most modern dispensing system as well as in our customer service channels.

You handle incoming prescriptions, make pharmaceutical assessments, and check prescriptions before delivery. At the same time, you are available for customers who contact us with questions about their medications, dosages, side effects, interactions, backorders, or self-care. Counseling is primarily done via phone or email and is always tailored to the customer's individual needs.

The role also involves:

• Making independent pharmaceutical decisions within the framework of applicable regulations

• Collaborating closely with colleagues to solve more complex cases

• Contributing to maintaining high quality, patient safety, and good service in every customer contact

You have many customer contacts throughout the day, but work in a calm office environment where the focus is on quality and pharmaceutical accuracy rather than sales.Your main tasks

• Prescription dispensing and pharmaceutical control of customer orders

• Counseling customers about prescription medications, over-the-counter products, and self-care

• Contacting customers via phone and email

• Ensuring safe and secure medication use

• Handling, for example, license and APL orders

• Contributing to quality work and development of the business

To thrive and succeed in the role, we believe you:

• Are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician

• Have excellent knowledge of Swedish and can communicate in English

• Have good computer skills

• Have several years of work experience (preferably in e-commerce, pharmacy, or customer service)

• Location: Stockholm, Sveavägen (Norrtull)

• Working hours: Daytime Monday–Friday

• Employment type: Permanent full-time position, with a six-month probationary period
